● For Replacement

We are committed to providing you with high quality products. Because we ship each product to you quality-checked. But in the rare case, that you receive a damaged or defective product or a different product, you may request a replacement Within 24 hours of receiving the product. In such cases, we will send you a new product of the same model that you originally ordered.

Note: A replacement will not be provided if we believe the damage was customer induced.

1 Year Warranty is covered during breakages or cracks in the frame body around the lens. Also, the lens either break or cracks when attached to the frame.

● Shipping
