Warranty And Other Conditions

CANCELLATION CONDITION

Your Request to cancel the order will be accepted only if the product has not been shipped by us on the date of the request. If Request is accepted, you will be entitled to get a refund of the entire amount.
If we receive a cancellation request after the product has been shipped by us, cancellation request will not be accepted.

 

REPLACEMENT CONDITION

We are committed to providing you high quality products. In a rare event, you received product in a damaged condition or manufacturing defect or different product receive, you can request of replacement within 24 hour of receiving the product. In such cases, we will send you a fresh piece of the same model that you had ordered originally.

Noted : Replacement will not be provided if we believe that the damage was induced by the customer.

 

EXCHANGE CONDITION

To ensure your satisfaction, after receiving the product, you can exchange if you have problem with size or fitting. 

In such case you can exchange the product by paying only one side shipping charge with any other model. You can exchange within 2 days from the date of receiving. The item being exchanged must be in its original condition and unused.

 

RETURN CONDITION

We are dedicated to giving you the best. Occasionally, after purchasing, viewing or changing your mind about a choice. You may return it at your own risk in these circumstances. 

In this case you can return the item by paying both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost. You can return within 3 days from the date of receiving. The item being return must be in its original condition and unused.

 

WARRANTY CONDITION

A six month conditional warranty is included with our selection of computer glasses and sunglasses, it starts after delivery.

• This warranty is valid only when you purchase through Flikertag.com.

 

● Warranty includes:  
Warranty is covered during breakages or cracks in the frame body around the lens. Also, the lens either break or cracks when attached to the frame.

● Warranty excludes:
The warranty does not cover hinge-related damage to temples and frames. The customer's negligence, improper handling, accidents, and damage caused by the customer to components or accessories are not covered in the warranty. In above circumstances, the company shall not be liable for the payment or reimbursement.

● Warranty Procedure:

Please verify that the following requirements are met in order to process your warranty claim.

• For correct validation, email : customersupport@flikertag.in  with the product photos and the provided invoice. As an alternative, you can Whatsapp us at +917859852755.  After that, it will be completely verified by our team. You will then receive instructions on how to return the item to us once the claim is cleared.

• Please send back all of the product's accessories to avoid any delays with your claim.

• Pack all products properly in one box to avoid any damage related to transportation.Please note that warranty service is provided extra at this price, so keep in mind that shipping and reverse shipping charges will be incurred by your side.

• The final decision on the nature of defects and whether the warranty applies or not is taken by the Company.
